Mediterranean Savor: Fried green beans.



Ideas for any time of year:
  • Sauté some cloves garlic, thinly sliced in  extra virgin olive oil  When they are fried, remove them and set aside. 
  • In that same oil, sauté the chopped green beans, stirring them with a wooden fork and when they are, add cloves garlic, stir and ready.
Fried green beans go well with whole-grain rice, previously cooked.
When served the dish, pour a few drops of  lemon  directly over the rice; it gives a really special touch.
