Autumn seasonal fruit, rich in vitamina C



If you ask me what my favorite dessert is, without doubt, I will reply to you that it is the fresh and seasonal fruit.

Kiwifruit is very rich in vitamin C; furthermore, it is very easy to eat: when it is ripe, cut it in half and eat it with a teaspoon.
